University Park reserves a limited number of housing spaces for students who are transferring to Penn State from another university. Students are assigned to both regular residence hall and supplemental housing rooms. If you are transferring to a campus other than University Park, contact the Housing and Food Services Office at the campus you will be attending to learn more about their housing options and process.

After accepting your offer of admission to Penn State, you should contact the Assignment Office for Campus Residences at assignmentoffice@psu.edu to express your interest in on-campus housing. Be sure to include your MyPennState User Id. The staff will determine your individual housing eligibility, investigate the availability of housing for that academic period and contact you with your options.
